Application Scope:

Composite Stabilizer XC-1002 series is mainly used in extrusion of U-PVC windows and doors profile.

 

Performance Characteristics:

This series is the combination of Ca/Zn technology and Lead technology, the lead content is higher. The main body of this series is DBLP and combined with some auxiliary material of Ca/Zn products. It has a good dynamic and static heat stability and perfect anti-aging performance. The lubricant of this product has a wonderful compatibility with PVC, the dosage of this lubricant is moderate. Except these, this product has a wide processing range, it is fit for the processing equipment with big extrusion quantity.

Referenced Usage:

Put this product, resin and other additive into high speed compounding machine till the temperature reach 115~130oC, cool the liquid to 35~40oC for discharge, extrude after a short duration.

Storage:

Store in dry place, prevent from sulfide.

Kraft paper sack with braided bag as liner. 25±0.2kg/sack net.
