Scope of application:

150zs-2A is mainly used in polyolefin pipes, flakes, plastic injection, plastic blowing, extrusion and ABS or other engineering plastic modification,and it is mainly used in the products of injection molding for various polyolefin engineering plastic.

Functions & properties:

The main body of 150ZS-2A is the nano calcium carbonate produced with the method of super-gravity mixing. the special carrier and dispersant are applied to ensure the nano calcuim carbonate disperses at a nano level in plastic, this material can be mixed well with the resin, present the feature of nano material effectively, meanwhile it has a good performance in processing, toughtening and intensifying, also the general capacity of polyolefin material can be improved. Additionally, according the different application of the material, the product can possess some special modification function to realize the function of base material. The product is innoxiously and environment friendly, the sanitary index meets the requirement of national standard GB9693-88 and the product has pass the examination of SGS.

According to the different application, add 10-30 PHR of nano function material into 100 PHR of resin, then, put the combination into mix well, store statically for future use.

The product is packaged with paper-plastic composite bag.

Store and transportation:

1.Do not use the iron hook or other sharp tools while transporting and discharging the product, for fear the package will be broken.

2.While storing, do not put the product under the strong sun shine and rain, don't packing the product with the toxic and tinder together, store the product in the dry and ventilating place.
