This series of product is mainly used in manufacture of pressure pipe and small irregular profile. Regarding to different extruder and pipe specification, it can replace same product come from Germany and Singapore .

Performance Characteristic:

The main body of this product is organic acid salt of Ca/Zn, assist with many kinds of efficient assistant stabilizer and external internal lubricant, it is compounded by advanced synthesis technology and composite technology, it definitely does not include some toxic heavy metal such as lead, cadmium, barium and so on. We have got the certification of SGS it is an environmental friendly stabilizer.

This product supports nice heat stability and initial color stability, the thermal stable time could meet or exceed some baerlocher Ca/Zn product. It supports nice processing property and wide processing range, it is fit for many kinds of equipments and technology, gives pipe wonderful physical property. The synthesis property is equal with some imported product, this product has a higher cost performance.

Put this product, resin and other additive into high speed compounding machine untill the temperature reach 110~115^oC, cool the liquid to 35~40^oC for discharge, extrude after a short duration.
