Application Scope:
GC-1005 series is mainly used in extrusion of pipe.
Performance Characteristic:
It can support nice stability and dispersion, balanced external and internal lubrication, uniform plasticization, stable processing. It makes the PVC melt plasticize faster and surface more smooth. It is more suitable for processing grey pipe and gives a better cost performance.

Referenced Usage:
Put this product, resin and other additive into high speed compounding machine untill the temperature reach 115~130oC, cool the liquid to 35~40oC for discharge, extrude after a short duration.
