Performance Characteristic:
It has nice stability and dispersion in pipe processing, balanced external and internal lubricant, perfect cooperativity. Besides, it can make the melt plasticize more even and the pipe surface more smooth, also support a stable processing. The dosage is small, you can add 2.5 PHR the least, the initial color stability is wonderful, so it is more suitable for producing white pipe. A nice physical performance is guaranteed because of a moderate fusion speed of the PVC melt.

Put this product, resin and other additive into high speed compounding machine untill the temperature reach 115~130oC, cool the liquid to 40~45oC for discharge, extrude after a short duration.
